Kettlebell KO! is an intense program which combines two of the most demanding workouts: boxing and kettlebells, into one killer workout!

Whether you're new to boxing and kettlebells or not, Kettlebell KO! will transform your body to look like the proverbial 'lean mean fighting machine'. The class is structured into three levels each one more intense than the previous, so through this progression you are achieving increased strength, power and a leaner body!
